Religions have done so much damage in this world, because the man behind religion is called Satan, who is antichrist. He hates Jesus, and he hates believers. All religions teach that you can work your way to heaven, and if you’re good enough and sincere you will eventually ‘make it’ to heaven. The bible speaks contrary to this common philosophical thought of man.
The unpardonable sin today is to reject the gift of Jesus Christ as our Saviour, who is God in the flesh, the sinless Son of God, the second person of the Godhead co-equal with God the Father and the Holy Spirit, who came down to earth in his sinless body to make a death payment for our sin.
8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 Of sin, because they believe not on me; 10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; 11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged – John 16:8-11
Sin earns death, that is why everybody dies, and God says that all have sinned.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;– Romans 3:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord – Romans 6:23
This makes every single human being ever to walk this earth guilty before God. God is holy and righteous. Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God.
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption – 1 Corinthians 15:50
Jesus is the Lamb of God who taketh away the sin of the world. He was the only sin payment that could permanently take away sin. Scripture makes this clear. Jesus came to this world to die once for our sin, so that many may be made righteous in Him.
But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; – Hebrews 10:12
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him – 2 Corinthians 5:21
If God the Father had not accepted the blood sacrifice of his Son, Jesus would not been raised from the dead. Unbelievers who stand before God, will be judged by the Holy standard of God Himself – the Son of God, Jesus Christ. Will anyone be able to match up to the sinless perfection of the Son of God? No. It is foolish to believe that our works can earn favour with God. We cannot, because we have all sinned against the most Holy High God.
Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead – Acts 17:31
Jesus said it is finished in John 19:30, which means the debt was paid in full. Why then do MOST christian religions teach that a person has to be faithful their entire life to go to heaven? This is an accursed message that cannot save because they are asking a person to look at how they live to be saved that is nothing but bad news. How can a person have assurance of heaven if they are constantly looking at how they are living to get to heaven? God demands perfection. That is why Jesus came.
Christian religions do not deliver the gospel message as the good news gift that it is – Grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. These antichrist ministers of righteousness deny this simple message of salvation, which is a gift of God received when you put faith alone in Jesus Christ who died on the cross for your sin, was buried, and rose from the dead on the third day, because they believe it is too simple or easy. They call it cheap grace or easy believism. What is worse is that they teach others that the need to live out your faith to get to heaven is truth, and speak evil of the true plan of salvation. There is even a scripture for this.
And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of– 2 Peter 2:2
And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: – Hebrews 10:11
We need the very righteousness of God to enter heaven, and the good news is that God in his great love toward us, sent his only begotten Son (Jesus Christ) to be the propitiation (satisfactory payment) for our sin, and whosoever believeth in him should not perish (be condemned to the everlasting lake of fire), but have eternal life. God does not send anyone to hell, but man in his pride can become callous to the truth of God’s plan of salvation and end up in eternal punishment in the lake of fire where there are no second chances. Yes, everyone in hell right now believes in Jesus, but they believed too late. Don’t let that person be you. Trust in Jesus Christ today as your Saviour, who made full payment for your sins on the cross, was buried, and rose victoriously from the grave. Jesus is risen. He is the everlasting gift that God has given to us mere sinners, which we receive by simple faith, and Jesus promises that whosoever believeth in him hath everlasting life.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life – John 6:47
This is a concrete promise, because Jesus is God who cannot lie. No works are required you trust in Christ, nor after. It is a gift of God.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast – Ephesians 2:8-9
